PRIVACY & TRANSPARENCY

Privacy information

Information about how this assessment service works. The operator should adapt and review this notice before public launch.

Assessment data

Teachers create and manage assessments. To take a test, a learner provides a name. The service stores the entered name, assessment responses, completion times, and results so the responsible teacher can review them. Teachers have individual accounts and access to their own assessment records.

Assessment activity signals

Some assessments may enable a cheating guard. It records limited activity signals such as leaving the assessment tab, losing window focus, exiting fullscreen, copy/paste attempts, and opening the context menu. These signals are not proof of cheating. The responsible teacher can review the signal timeline, and the assessment owner may configure thresholds that pause or end an attempt.

Account and session data

Teacher and student sessions use cookies necessary to sign in and continue an assessment. The service does not use the direct-sponsorship feature to build individual advertising profiles.

Advertising

Paid sponsor placements may appear on the public homepage or teacher-only pages. If Google AdSense is enabled, Google may process information according to its advertising privacy practices on enabled pages. Student assessment entry, test, and results pages do not load Google ad scripts. Teacher results pages with student records do not load them either. The public homepage does not load them by default.

Operator responsibilities

Before launch, the operator must publish complete contact details, retention periods, deletion procedures, legal bases for processing, and any applicable child-data or consent disclosures. If serving ads to EEA, UK or Swiss users, configure appropriate Google-certified consent management where required.
